I lecture to both small and large groups!

A lecture on adequate and nutrient-rich eating, or on stress and how to overcome it with proper (but not difficult!) eating and other lifestyle habits, is perfect for team building days or for young audiences (such as high school students, etc.).

Examples of topics:

"Weight management and blood sugar balance"

I also lecture from my own experience as someone with a gastrointestinal disease, discussing what living with a a chronic illness means in practice, and how it can lead to positive life changes.
