Lectures about nutrition and wellbeing

Lectures on Nutrition and Wellbeing – Practical and Inspiring

I give lectures on nutrition, wellbeing, and energy for groups of different sizes – including workplaces, associations, and educational settings. My lectures are clear, approachable, and easy to apply in everyday life, without pressure or unnecessary complexity.

I am an experienced lecturer and have given talks for, among others, Martha organizations, pensioners’ associations, educational institutions, and various associations and groups. My lectures often spark discussion and provide concrete insights that participants can use right away.

Lectures are well suited for:

- workplace wellbeing and staff days

- events organised by associations and organisations

- educational institutions and young adults

- various events and themed occasions

Examples of lecture topics

- Gut health and digestive issues in everyday life

- Nutrition, energy levels, and brain performance

- Weight management and blood sugar balance

- Healthy ageing and functional capacity

- Anti-inflammatory nutrition in practice

- Perimenopause and menopause – supporting a new life stage

If relevant, I also lecture about my personal experience of living with a chronic gut condition, and how long-term illness can bring both challenges and positive life changes.

The content, length, and format of each lecture are always tailored to the needs of the audience. Lectures can be delivered in person or online.
